Over time, you begin to suppress, distract from, or outrun them. Not because you’re weak, but because avoidance once worked. This course teaches emotional courage as a practical skill, not a personality trait. Not toughness. Not fearlessness. Not emotional exposure for its own sake. You’ll learn how avoidance forms, how emotions escalate when resisted, and how to remain with difficult feelings without becoming overwhelmed. The goal isn’t to feel comfortable. It’s to stop running. When you can stay with what arises without needing to escape it, courage is already there.
